To prepare the dough: In a bowl, combine sugar, yeast, and lukewarm water, then stir and let the mixture sit until it begins to froth.

In the mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, powdered milk, yogurt, olive oil, and salt. Then, add the yeast mixture and knead well for seven minutes in a mixer. If kneading by hand, knead for 15 minutes. After that, let the dough rise for one hour until it has doubled in size.

To prepare the spinach filling: In a bowl, combine the washed spinach with onion, sumac, chili flakes, salt, and olive oil. Rub the mixture with your hands, then place it in a strainer to drain any excess liquid. Finally, add lemon juice.

Then, we add the walnuts, sun-dried tomatoes, and pepper paste to this mixture.

After the dough has rested, we shape it into balls, then roll each ball into a circle and add the filling. We shape them as shown in the video, then place them on a baking tray and bake until cooked and golden brown. Finally, we brush them with olive oil and garnish with sumac and chili. Enjoy your meal!
