- 250Grams (g) Mushroom

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus

We prepare a pot and add butter and vegetable oil over medium heat.

We add the chopped onion and sauté until it softens slightly.

We add the minced garlic and stir until fragrant.

We add the sliced mushrooms to the pot.

We stir the mushrooms with the onion and garlic for a few minutes until their color changes.

We season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.

We continue stirring until the ingredients are well combined.

We remove a small portion of the cooked mushrooms and set them aside for garnish.

We add two tablespoons of flour and stir well until combined.

We pour in 1 liter of boiling water and mix thoroughly.
