- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste

Mix the rice with dill, coriander, parsley, onion, tomato, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, chicken broth cube, salt, black pepper, and sugar until well combined.

Grease a Pyrex dish with oil.

Layer onion, tomato, eggplant, and potato slices at the bottom of the Pyrex dish.

Add a layer of the rice mixture on top of the vegetables, then repeat the layers until the amount is finished as shown in the video

To prepare the sauce Mix tomato paste, crushed garlic, 2 tablespoons sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, black pepper, 1/4 cup lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, and hot water until the sauce is smooth.

Pour the sauce over the rice and vegetables in the Pyrex dish.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil, then place it in a preheated oven at 200°C.

Bake for 1.5 hours until fully cooked, then serve hot
