Steps

    In a separate jug or bowl, mix the yogurt, melted butter, milk, orange juice, and vanilla, then gradually add this mixture to the egg mixture while whisking at low speed until just combined.

    In another bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.

    Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold gently with a spatula until fully combined without overmixing.

    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.

    Bake the cake for 50–55 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
