Sausage Pasta
Ingredients

- 400PacketPasta
- 1Psc.Onion
- 2Psc.Vegetable stock
- 1Cupwater
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
- 1Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 0.25Psc.Red bell pepper
- 0.25Psc.Yellow bell pepper
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Psc.Rosemary

Cut the sausage into suitable pieces

Cut the onions and bell peppers into small cubes as shown in the video

Place the sliced sausage in a pan over heat without adding any fat, and stir until golden brown.

Add the chopped onion and stir with the sausage until softened.

Add the bell pepper and black pepper and stir until the ingredients are combined.

Add the uncooked pasta and stir with the other ingredients.

Add three tablespoons of tomato paste and mix well.

Pour in one liter of water, then add the vegetable stock cubes and stir until dissolved.

Add the rosemary sprig (optional) and let the mixture cook for five minutes until the pasta absorbs the flavors and is cooked.
