Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Ripe Avocado
  • 0.5BunchGreen Coriander
  • 0.25Psc.Lemon juice
  • 1ClovesGarlic
  • 0.5CupJalapeño
  • 0.5Grams (g) Sour cream
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper

Steps

    Peel the avocado and remove the pit.

    Place the avocado in a blender or food processor, then add the coriander, lime/lemon juice, garlic, and jalapeño if using.

    Add the sour cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Blend all the ingredients together until you get a very smooth and creamy consistency.

    Pour the dip into an airtight glass container and refrigerate until ready to serve

    The dip can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days in a sealed container.
