مكونات بسيطة: طحين + ماء = حياة جديدة

Flour

Start by adding flour and water in a clean glass jar, then mix and cover loosely.

نضيف الطحين والماء في وعاء زجاجي نظيف ثم نخلط جيداً ونغطي بغطاء يسمح بدخول الهواء.

Feed the mixture daily with the same amount of flour and water.

نغذي الخميرة يومياً بإضافة نفس كمية الطحين والماء مع الخلط والتغطية بعد كل مرة.

We get rid of half of the yeast on the third and fifth days, then add the flour and water and cover.

نتخلص من نصف كمية الخميرة في اليوم الثالث واليوم الخامس ثم نضيف الطحين والماء ونغطي.

We take a portion of the yeast on the sixth day for use and feed the rest as usual.

نأخذ جزءاً من الخميرة في اليوم السادس للاستخدام ونغذي المتبقي كالعادة.

We test the readiness of the yeast on the seventh day by putting a little of it in water.

نختبر جاهزية الخميرة في اليوم السابع بوضع قليل منها في ماء.

We consider the yeast ready if it floats on the surface of the water.

نعتبر الخميرة جاهزة إذا طَفَت على وجه الماء.

Peel and chop the carrot, potato, and onion into small pieces.

قشري الجزر، البطاطا، والبصل وقطعيهم إلى قطع صغيرة.

Add a little oil to a pot on the stove, then the onion and garlic, and stir until they soften.

اضيفي في قدر علي النار القليل من الزيت ثم البصل و و ثوم و قلبي حتي يذبل لونهم

Add the vegetables and stir them on the fire for a few minutes, then cover them with water and let the ingredients simmer over medium heat until fully cooked.

اضيفي الخضار و قلبيهم علي النار بضع دقائق ثم اغمريهم بالمياه و  اتركي المكونات تغلي على نار متوسطة حتى تنضج تماماً.

Use an immersion blender or regular blender to blend the mixture until smooth.

استخدمي الخلاط اليدوي أو الخلاط العادي لفرم المكونات حتى تصبح شوربة ناعمة.

Add salt and black pepper to taste, then add the cooking cream and blend well.

أضيفي الملح والفلفل الأسود حسب الذوق، ثم ضعي الكريمة وامزجي جيداً.

Let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes and serve hot.

دعي الشوربة تغلي لمدة 5 دقائق أخرى ثم قدميها ساخنة.

Cauliflower

Ground meat

Wash the cauliflower well, then dry it using kitchen towels.

قم بغسل القرنبيط جيدًا ثم جففه باستخدام مناشف مطبخ.

Cut the cauliflower into small, not too large pieces to ensure it cooks well.

قطع القرنبيط إلى قطع صغيرة وغير كبيرة جدًا لضمان طهيه بشكل جيد.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the cauliflower pieces and mix them well.

انثر الملح والفلفل الأسود على قطع القرنبيط واخلطهم جيدًا.

Prepare the baking tray and line it with parchment paper, then arrange the cauliflower florets evenly.

حضر صينية الفرن وضع عليها ورق الزبدة، ثم قم بترتيب قطع القرنبيط بشكل متساوٍ.

Put a little oil on the cauliflower pieces and stir them until the oil is evenly distributed on all sides.

ضع القليل من الزيت على قطع القرنبيط وحرّكها حتى يتوزع الزيت على جميع الجوانب.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius from the top and bottom, then place the cauliflower tray inside.

سخن الفرن على درجة حرارة 200 مئوية من الأعلى والأسفل ثم أدخل صينية القرنبيط.

Leave the cauliflower in the oven for a short time and check if it needs to be turned while it's in the oven.

اترك القرنبيط في الفرن لفترة قصيرة و تاكد اذا كان محتاج تقليب اثناء وجوده في الفرن

Fry the meat in oil over medium heat, then add salt and black pepper to it.

قم بقلي اللحم في الزيت على نار متوسطة ثم أضف الملح والفلفل الأسود إليه.

After that, add the cauliflower pieces to the meat and mix them together.

بعد ذلك، أضف قطع القرنبيط إلى اللحم واخلطهما معًا.

In a cup, mix half a cup of water with salt and black pepper, then add it over the cauliflower and meat.

في كوب، امزج نصف كوب من الماء مع الملح والفلفل الأسود ثم أضفه فوق القرنبيط واللحم.

Cover the pot and leave them on the fire for a quarter of an hour, stirring to ensure the flavors mix.

غطِّ الوعاء واتركهم على النار لمدة ربع ساعة مع التحريك لضمان اختلاط النكهات.

In a baking tray, we place tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, zucchini, celery, onions, and a head of garlic.

في صينية فرن نضع الطماطم وفلفل الالوان والخيار والجزر والكوسة والكرفس والبصل ورأس من الثوم

We add olive oil and black pepper, then place them in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.

نقوم بإضافة زيت الزيتون والفلفل الأسود وندخلهم  الي الفرن إلي أن ينضج الخضار على درجة حرارة ٢٠٠ لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة

In a pot on the stove with water, we add a little salt, then add the pasta and boil it until it’s halfway cooked.

في طنجرة على النار بها مياه نقوم بوضع القليل من الملح ثم نضع المعكرونة ونقوم بسلقها نصف سلقة

Take the vegetables out of the oven, then place them in the food processor with some of the pasta cooking water as shown in the video, and blend well.

نخرج الخضار من الفرن ثم نقوم بوضعه في محضر الطعام مع بعض ماء سلق المعكرونة كما موضح بالفيديو ونخلطه جيدا

We add the sauce and adjust the salt and pepper in a pot, then add the boiled pasta and let them simmer on low heat until the ingredients are well combined and the pasta is fully cooked.

نقوم بإضافة الصوص ونضبط الملح والفلفل في طنجرة ثم نضيف المعكرونه المسلوقة ونتركهم على نار هادئة حتى تتجانس المكونات وتنضج المعكرونة بالكامل

We place the pasta in a serving dish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and wild thyme.
