Ingredients

- 1Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Sea Salt

In a baking tray, we place tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, zucchini, celery, onions, and a head of garlic.

We add olive oil and black pepper, then place them in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.

In a pot on the stove with water, we add a little salt, then add the pasta and boil it until it’s halfway cooked.

Take the vegetables out of the oven, then place them in the food processor with some of the pasta cooking water as shown in the video, and blend well.

We add the sauce and adjust the salt and pepper in a pot, then add the boiled pasta and let them simmer on low heat until the ingredients are well combined and the pasta is fully cooked.

We place the pasta in a serving dish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and wild thyme. Bon appétit.
