We grease the tray with a spoonful of ghee.

We place 3 cups of washed rice in the tray.

We add 6 cups of water.

We add two tablespoons of salt and one teaspoon of Chinese salt.

We cover the tray with aluminum foil.

We season 1 kilogram of bone-in meat with a tablespoon of salt, a pinch of pepper, and a teaspoon each of curry, turmeric, cinnamon, coriander, and cumin.

We place the meat on aluminum foil over the rice.

We make small holes in the aluminum foil on the side of the meat.

We cover the tray again with aluminum foil.

We place the tray in the oven at the highest temperature for 2.5 hours
