  • 200CupMortadella

  • 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 100To TasteMozzarella
  • 2Psc.Shamy Bread
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste
  • 2CupPickled cucumber
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Ketchup
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise

    Cut the mortadella into sticks or small cubes.

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Add the mortadella to the hot oil and sauté until it turns golden.

    Add the sliced green and red bell peppers to the mortadella.

    Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika, and stir lightly until the peppers soften.

    Add the mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture and let it melt, stirring gently.

    Spread bell pepper paste on the bread.

    Add some pickles on the bread if desired.
