Steps

    We start by preparing the dry ingredients and placing them in the food processor, then we add the whole cardamom to the processor.

    We place the cinnamon sticks with the cardamom, then we add the whole cloves to the ingredients.

    We add the cumin, coriander, and black pepper, then, to taste, we add the red pepper (chili), and afterward, we add the turmeric and curry to the mixture.

    We close the food processor and run it on medium speed until all the ingredients are combined and turned into a fine powder.
