Ingredients

  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 1CupSemolina
  • 200To TasteMozzarella
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Animal Ghee
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
  • 0.5CupCheese

Steps

    Place a pan over heat, then add water and sugar and mix well

    After the sugar dissolves, add the semolina and mix well until the mixture thickens.

    Gradually add the mozzarella cheese while continuously stirring.

    Once the mixture is ready, place the dough on a surface greased with ghee and orange blossom water, then knead slightly.

    Place the dough between two plastic sheets and roll it out using a rolling pin

    Spread the cream cheese over the dough, then roll it up.

    Cut the dough into small pieces.
