- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 1CupMinced parsley

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mixed spices
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
- 1.25CupFlour
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch

Separate the cauliflower into small to medium florets.

Wash the cauliflower thoroughly with water.

Boil the cauliflower in a pot with salt and ½ teaspoon cumin until slightly tender.

Beat 4 eggs in a bowl.

Add 1 cup finely chopped onion to the beaten eggs.

Add 1 cup finely chopped parsley to the mixture.

Add salt and spices: 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon mixed spice, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon additional cumin.

Mix the ingredients well until fully combined.

Add 1¼ cups flour and 2 tablespoons cornstarch to the mixture.

Gradually thin the mixture by adding 1 to 1¼ cups water until reaching the desired consistency.

Stir the mixture thoroughly until smooth and uniform.

After the boiled cauliflower cools, chop it and add it to the mixture.

Mix the cauliflower with the other ingredients until evenly distributed.

Using a metal spoon, take portions of the mixture and shape the edges evenly.

Add the shaped mixture to hot oil in the frying pan.
