Ingredients

  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
  • 1CupSugar
  • 1.5Tablespoons (tbsp)All-purpose flour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 1Psc.Orange
  • 7Psc.eggs
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Orange Zest

    Pour ½ cup of vegetable oil into the electric blender

    Add 1 cup of sugar to the oil.

    Add 1½ cups of flour to the mixture.

    Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

    Zest 1 orange and add the zest to the mixture

    Add 7 eggs to the mixture.

    Squeeze the zested orange and add its juice to the mixture.

    Blend all the ingredients well until smooth and combined.

    Brush the cake pan with tahini to prevent sticking.

    Pour the cake batter evenly into the pan.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 35-40 minutes until fully cooked.
