Ingredients

- 1CupCrushed beans
- 2Psc.Tomato
- 1BunchGreen Coriander
- 1Grams (g) Hot chilli
- 3ClovesGarlic
- 1Psc.lemon
- 2CupOlive oil
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 1PinchSalt

Soak both the crushed fava beans and the whole fava beans in water for 24 hours.

Boiling the fava beans: After soaking, drain and rinse the fava beans well, then place them in a pressure cooker with boiling water. Close the cooker and leave it on high heat until it whistles, then reduce to medium heat and let it cook for half an hour.

Preparing the sauce: In the meantime, prepare the sauce by chopping the tomatoes and cilantro, then adding the chili pepper, garlic, and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well.

Mashing the fava beans: Once the fava beans are cooked, open the pressure cooker and use a masher to mash the beans well. You can leave some texture if you prefer.

Mixing the ingredients: Place the mashed fava beans in a bowl and add the sauce, olive oil, tahini, cumin, and salt. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.

Serving: Serve the fava beans on a plate, garnishing the top with a bit of chopped tomatoes and cilantro. Smoking: To add a smoky flavor, you can heat some olive oil slightly, then use it to smoke with coal for 30 seconds.
