Steps

    Wash the lentils well, then place them in a pot with the water over high heat.

    Once the lentils start boiling, remove the white foam that forms on the surface.

    When the lentils are cooked, blend them with a hand blender until smooth.

    Add the soaked rice to the lentils, stir, and leave on medium heat.

    In a separate pan, heat the oil and add the chopped onion, sautéing until softened.

    Push the onion to one side of the pan, then add the ground meat.

    Once the meat changes color, mix it with the onion until the filling is ready.
