Ingredients

- 1Kilograms (kg)Beef cubes
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 10ClovesMinced garlic
- 1BunchGreen Coriander
- 3Psc.Tomato
- 130CupTomato Sauce
- 1Psc.Lime Juice
- 10Liters (L)Hot water
- 2CupOil
- 0.5PinchSeven spices
- 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 1PinchSalt
Steps

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pot over medium heat.

Add 1 kg of beef fillet cubes along with ½ teaspoon of seven spice and ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and sauté until browned.

Add one large chopped onion and stir until softened.

Add 10 crushed garlic cloves, a bunch of chopped fresh coriander (or 1 teaspoon of dried coriander), and salt to taste, then mix well.

Add 3 peeled and chopped tomatoes, 130g of tomato sauce, 1 cup of lemon juice, and 10 cups of hot water.

Cover the pot and let it boil for 5 minutes.

Add 200g of dried molokhia, more salt to taste, and an additional ½ teaspoon of seven spice.

Cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for 1.5 to 2 hours until the molokhia and meat are fully cooked.

Remove from heat once the meat is tender and the molokhia has thickened.

Serve hot with vermicelli rice or plain white rice, and enjoy!
