Chicken Caesar Wrap
Ingredients
- 500Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
- 2Psc.Romaine lettuce
- 2Psc.Tortilla
- 2Grams (g) Anchovy
- 4Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Dijon mustard
- 1ClovesMinced garlic
- 1Psc.lemon
- 0.5CupGrated Parmesan cheese
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
Steps

Cut the lettuce into thin slices and place it in a bowl.

Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet until fully cooked.

Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and add it to the lettuce in the bowl.

To prepare the Caesar dressing, mash the garlic in a bowl.

Add the mayonnaise to the mashed garlic.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture.

Add the anchovy (or Worcestershire sauce), mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl.

Mix the ingredients well until the dressing is combined.

Pour the dressing over the chicken and lettuce in the bowl and mix well

Place some of the chicken and lettuce mixture in the center of a tortilla.

Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly.

Place the wraps in a skillet and cook over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
