Steps

    We place (2 eggs, vanilla, 1 cup of water - 200 ml, 1 cup of flour - 135 to 150 grams depending on its type and moisture level) in a bowl.

    We whisk the ingredients well until we get a smooth mixture, then strain it to ensure there are no lumps.

    We heat (corn oil) in a deep pan until it is hot, then dip the rosette mold into the hot oil.

    We place the mold into the batter, ensuring that the batter does not touch the back of the mold, as shown in the video.

    We fry the batter in the oil until golden brown, then remove it and let it drain.

    We garnish the rosettes with (powdered sugar and date molasses) before serving.
