Ingredients

- 2CupBrown sugar
- 1CupHoney
- 1Psc.Ginger
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Rice vinegar

- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Corn Starch
- 2Psc.Salmon

To make the teriyaki sauce, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Note: Dissolve the cornstarch in 1/4 cup of water, then add it to the mixture.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 4 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Heat the frying liquid in a pan over medium heat.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the salmon in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.

Once the salmon is cooked, pour the homemade teriyaki sauce over it.
