  • 1PacketKiri cheese
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1CupMilk
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Roasted sesame
  • 2CanSweetened Condensed Milk

    Mix the flour, milk powder, baking powder, salt, sugar, and yeast in a mixer bowl.

    Add the oil and warm water, then knead until a soft, elastic dough forms.

    Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for one hour.

    After rising, punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.

    Stuff each ball with a piece of Kiri cheese and seal it well.

    Arrange the balls in a greased baking tray, leaving small spaces between them.

    Cover the dough balls and let them rest for 15 minutes.

    Brush the tops with a mixture of egg, vanilla, and milk, then sprinkle toasted sesame.
