Ingredients

Steps

    We wash the rice well and then let it soak in water for at least two hours

    In a saucepan on the fire, put the olive oil and let it sit for a while

    Add the vermicelli and stir-fry until golden in color

    After the vermicelli reaches the golden color shown in the video, we add the rice and stir it well until it is homogeneous.

    Add water to the rice (the caliber of the water should be 2 cm above the rice).

    Add salt to taste, then leave the rice on high heat until the water dries up, then cover the pot and turn down the heat.

    After 12 minutes, turn off the heat and allow the rice to rest for a quarter to half an hour before serving

    Put a pinch of black pepper on the rice and serve it alongside shakria or any other favorite dish.
