Melt the butter with the oil in a pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, garlic, celery, green onion, carrot, potato, broccoli, and corn, then stir until the vegetables soften.

Add the seafood mix and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Cajun spices, then stir well

Add the lemon zest, ginger, and nutmeg, then mix well.

Pour in the water or broth and let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes

Add the cooking cream and sour cream, stirring until well combined.

Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water, then add it to the soup while stirring until it thickens.

Add the dill, stir the ingredients, and serve the soup hot.
