Ingredients

  • 3Psc.Eggplant
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Corn Starch
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Cupwater
  • 1CupFine breadcrumbs
  • 3CupFlour
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Crushed red pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
  • 4Psc.eggs

Steps

    Peel and cut the eggplant as shown in the video

    Soak the eggplants in salted water for 15 minutes

    After 15 minutes, remove the eggplant from the soaking mixture and pat dry with paper towels

    Mix the eggs with the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, red pepper and garlic powder

    Coat the eggplant slices in cornstarch.

    then dip the eggplant slices into the egg mixture.

    Coat the eggplant slices in breadcrumbs (without adding spices to the breadcrumbs).

    Fry the eggplant slices in preheated oil over medium heat until golden and crispy.
