Prepare the natural sweetener by mixing a tablespoon of flour with a tablespoon of yogurt

نضع في العجان الطحين، البيضة، المحسن الطبيعي،ملعقتين كبيرتين من السكر، الملح وخليط الحليب والخميرة، ومغلف الكريمة

Mix the ingredients well for 5 minutes until homogeneous

نخلط المكونات جيدا لمدة ٥ دقائق حتى تتجانس

نضيف الزيت تدريجيًا أثناء العجن.

Continue kneading for an additional 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

نستمر في العجن 5 دقائق إضافية حتى تصبح العجينة ناعمة ومطاطية.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours until doubled in size.

نغطي العجينة ونتركها تختمر في مكان دافئ لمدة ساعة إلى ساعتين حتى يتضاعف حجمها.

نقلب البطاطا برفق حتى تتوزع النكهات.

Add the sautéed garlic and rosemary on top.

نوزّع فوقها الثوم وإكليل الجبل المقلي.

Transfer the potatoes to a serving plate.

نضع البطاطا في صحن التقديم.

Return the tray to the oven to finish roasting.

نُعيد الصينية إلى الفرن حتى تكتمل التحميص.

Once the bottom of the potatoes is golden, flip them to brown all sides.

بعد أن تتحمر البطاطا من الأسفل، نقلبها لتتحمر من جميع الجهات.

Place the tray in a preheated oven set to bottom heat.

نضع الصينية في فرن محمّى مسبقاً ومشغّل من الأسفل.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the potatoes.

نرش القليل من الملح على البطاطا.

Pour the garlic-infused oil over the potatoes.

نصب زيت الثوم المصفى فوق البطاطا.

Once the potatoes are boiled, drain them and place them in a baking tray.
