Steps

    Place 1 cup flour, 1.25 cups milk, and 2 tbsp sugar in a bowl, and mix well until no lumps remain. Let the mixture sit aside for 5 minutes.

    Heat the griddle and wipe with oil. Start cooking the crepes over medium heat, making sure not to flip them until the surface is dry. Flip to the other side.

    Cut the crepes into strips.

    Peel and slice the banana. Place the banana slices over the crepes.

    Prepare the chocolate sauce: Melt 4 tbsp of liquid chocolate, 2 tbsp cream, and 2 tbsp milk in the microwave for 30 seconds.

    Prepare the white chocolate sauce: Melt 2 tbsp of white liquid chocolate with 2 tbsp cream in the microwave.

    Decorate the crepes with chocolate sauce, white chocolate sauce, blueberries, and pistachio.
