Ingredients

  • 2CupCoarse Bulgur
  • 1CupVermicelli
  • 2Cupwater
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper

Steps

    Fry the vermicelli in vegetable oil until golden brown.

    Add the washed and drained burghul to the vermicelli.

    Add hot water at a ratio of 2 cups water for each cup of burghul.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Cover the pot and cook on low heat until the burghul is fully cooked.

    Serve hot alongside stews or yoghurt.
