Ingredients

  • 1CupFava beans
  • 1CupHummus
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
  • 4CupYogurt
  • 0.5Cupwater
  • 3ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 0.5CupOlive oil

Steps

    Drain and rinse the can of broad beans thoroughly.

    Place the broad beans in a pot with water over medium heat until boiled and cooked through.

    In a separate bowl, mix tahini, yoghurt, water, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt.

    Add the cooked broad beans to the mixture and stir well to combine.

    Serve the mixture in a serving dish and drizzle olive oil on top.

    Garnish with chopped tomatoes and serve with Arabic bread.
