  • 3Psc.Dried apricots
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Strawberry Jam
  • 1Cupwater

Steps

    In a pan over the heat, we place the dried apricots and apricot leather, then add water and sugar and stir until we reach the consistency shown in the video.

    We boil 1 liter of milk, then leave it to cool down until it’s warm (not hot).

    We add 1 cup of yogurt (any kind we like) to the warm milk, making sure the yogurt is at room temperature.

    We stir the mixture well until the yogurt is completely dissolved in the milk.

    We can add a tablespoon of sugar if desired.

    We place the apricot leather mixture in one bowl, then place the jam in another bowl, and prunes can also be added.

    We pour the yogurt mixture into the containers.

    We place the containers in a warm oven (turned off but pre-warmed) for 4 to 6 hours, depending on the container size

    Once the yogurt has set, we remove it from the oven and place it in the fridge to chill before serving.
