Ingredients

  • 4CupMilk
  • 0.75CupSugar
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 3CupOil

Steps

    Add the milk, sugar, starch, cocoa, and vanilla to a bowl.

    Mix the ingredients well while cold until combined.

    Place the bowl over high heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens to pudding consistency.

    Brush the granite mold with a layer of oil, then pour the mixture into it.

    Refrigerate the mold overnight until fully set.

    The next day, loosen the edges with a spoon to help release it.

    Place the mold in hot water for 3–4 minutes

    Invert the mold onto a serving plate.

    Garnish the top with cocoa powder.
