- 8Grams (g) Dry yeast

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Strawberry Jam

Knead all ingredients in a mixer for 15 minutes until a smooth dough forms.

Let the dough rise until it doubles in size

Cut the dough into pieces, each weighing 80 grams.

Shape each piece into a ball and place on a baking paper cut into squares.

Allow the donuts to undergo a second rise for 10–15 minutes until slightly puffed.

Heat oil to 150–160°C.

Fry the donuts in the oil and remove the baking paper with tongs immediately after placing them in the oil.

Fry each side for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.

After frying, fill the donuts with the preferred jam and serve immediately.
