  • 4PinchSalt
  • 4Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 1CupSugar
  • 6Psc.Cucumber
  • 4ClovesGarlic

Steps

    Add water to a pot and place it on the stove.

    We add salt and vinegar

    Stir until the salt and vinegar are fully dissolved, then bring the water to a boil.

    Turn off the heat and immediately add the cucumbers to the hot water.

    Cover the pot with its lid and let the cucumbers cool completely.

    Once cooled, transfer the cucumbers to a glass jar.

    Add garlic cloves to the jar.

    Pour the salt-vinegar solution over the cucumbers until they are fully submerged.

    Close the jar tightly.

    Let it sit for at least 2 hours before serving.

    Use small cucumbers for best results

    If using large cucumbers, cut them in half.

    You can add sugar if you want it to be more crunchy
