ترايفل الباذنجان

- 1CupRoasted pine nuts

Start by cutting the bread into small cubes, then fry them until golden and crispy

Cut the eggplant into large cubes and fry them until golden

Cook the ground beef with the chopped onion in a little oil, then add the spices and salt, stirring well until the flavors are well mixed

Add the chopped tomatoes, pomegranate molasses, and tomato paste to the meat and leave the mixture on the heat for two minutes.

To prepare the sauce, mix the milk with the tahini, salt, lemon juice, and crushed garlic until smooth and well combined

Place the fried bread cubes in a serving dish, then add the fried eggplant and the beef mixture

Fry the potatoes cut into small cubes and place them on top of the meat.

Place the tahini sauce on top.

For garnish, sprinkle pomegranate seeds, chopped parsley, and pine nuts or almonds on top.
