    Place one banana in the Pyrex container lid.

    Add 1 tablespoon of raw cocoa on top of the banana.

    Add 2 tablespoons of brown flour or oats to the mixture.

    Add 1 shot of espresso to the mixture.

    Blend the ingredients in the Pyrex lid until a smooth, homogeneous mixture is achieved.

    Add a teaspoon of stevia sugar or honey to the yogurt container and mix them together.

    Pour the final mixture over the ingredients in the Pyrex container.

    Sprinkle a pinch of raw cocoa on top as a garnish.
