  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Ranch sauce

  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Chili Sauce

Steps

    We cut the potatoes into wedges as shown in the video.

    We mix the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and parmesan.

    Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket

    Set the air fryer to 200°C (392°F) and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

    While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the first sauce by mixing yogurt and ranch dressing.

    Prepare the second sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, and chili sauce.

    When ready, place the potatoes on a plate and serve with both sauces on the side.
