Prepare the spice powder: Mix the roasted flour, breadcrumbs, coriander, cumin, ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, Chinese five-spice powder, smoked paprika or chili powder (optional), sauce, peanut butter salt, and black pepper. Knead it with your hands until it forms a powder.

Cut the chicken breasts and flatten them with a mallet.

Heat a wooden skewer and place the chicken pieces on it.

Spray oil on the chicken skewers and dip them in the spice powder.

Grill them in the oven under the broiler for 7-8 minutes on each side.

Prepare the spicy dip sauce: Blend peanut butter, hot pepper, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a food processor.
