Steps

    We put a quarter bunch of parsley, an onion, and four cloves of minced garlic in a bowl.

    We add tomato paste, paprika, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice.

    We stir the ingredients well, then add the sardines and mix them thoroughly with the spices.

    In the tagine, we place slices of potatoes, tomatoes, and bell peppers.

    We place the marinated sardines on top of the vegetables in the tagine

    We add lemon slices, olives, and hot pepper pods

    We cover the tagine and place it in the oven at 190 degrees for 45 minutes
