Cheese cake
Ingredients
- 15Grams (g) Biscuit
- 70Grams (g) Butter
- 115CupBoiling Water
- 400Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
- 0.75CanSweetened Condensed Milk
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 1CupStrawberry
- 1CupStrawberry sauce
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Gelatin
- 2Psc.Dream Whipping cream

Take 15 biscuits, crush them, and mix with 70 grams of butter to prepare the cheesecake base.

Dissolve a packet of gelatin in 1/2 cup (115 ml) of hot water and set it aside to cool.

Whisk 400 grams of cream cheese with 3/4 can of sweetened condensed milk.

Add 2 packets of Dream Whip and 1 can of cream to the mixture and whisk well.

Add half of the cream cheese mixture, then a bit of strawberry sauce and pieces of strawberry, then complete adding the remaining cream cheese.

For the third layer, dissolve 1 1/2 teaspoons of gelatin in 1/4 cup hot water and mix with 1 cup of strawberry sauce.

Prepare the strawberry sauce by chopping strawberries and cranberries with a little sugar and a squeeze of lemon, then simmer them over low heat for 30 minutes until the mixture melts and thickens.

Blend the sauce until smooth, and you can store it in the freezer for later use
