Ingredients

  • 1CanPasta sauce
  • 0.5Cupwater
  • 1Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
  • 1Kilograms (kg)Meatballs
  • 240CupFlour
  • 3Psc.eggs
  • 0.5PinchSalt
  • 1CupOlive oil

Steps

  1. 1

Mix 240 g of all-purpose flour, 3 eggs, ½ tsp salt, and 1 tbsp olive oil.

  2. 2

Knead well until a firm, smooth dough forms. To test the dough, press it with your finger; if it springs back, it’s ready.

  3. 3

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

Roll out the dough until it’s as thin as a sheet of paper, since fresh pasta will absorb water and puff up during boiling.

  5. 5

Use the macaroni sauce and cook it for about 30 minutes, adding ½ cup water gradually when it begins to dry out.

  6. 6

Cook the meatballs first using an air fryer or frying pan until they are cooked and have a golden color.

  7. 7

Boil the fresh pasta in boiling water with a little pasta water to achieve the perfect texture without sticking.

  8. 8

Combine the sauce with the meatballs.

  9. 9

Add the boiled pasta to the mixture, using some pasta water if needed.

  10. 10

Garnish the dish with a little grated Parmesan cheese on top.
