Chicken Caesar Salad

We cut the bread into medium-sized cubes.

Season the bread cubes with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and a little bit of herbs.

We toast the bread in the air fryer until golden and crispy

Place the garlic, anchovies, light mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, two tablespoons of olive oil, and Parmesan cheese in a blender.

We blend the ingredients with a hand blender until the dressing becomes smooth and creamy.

We season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
