e start by cooking the beetroot until it becomes tender, then let it cool before cutting it into our preferred shape, whether into small cubes or slices. After that, we place it in a large bowl to begin adding the other ingredients

Then we soak the fine bulgur in hot water for about 30 minutes until it becomes soft. After that, we drain it and add it to the bowl with the chopped beetroot. Next, we add the chopped parsley, halved cherry tomatoes, and red onion, and mix all the ingredients well until they are combined

Then we prepare the salad dressing by mixing olive oil with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. We make sure to blend the ingredients well to achieve a uniform dressing. Next, we pour this mixture over the salad and toss well until the dressing is evenly distributed over all the ingredients

Then we add the pomegranate seeds to the salad, either for garnish or to mix with the ingredients as desired. We make sure to gently toss the salad again to ensure the pomegranate is well distributed. Then, we let it chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. After that, the salad is ready to serve
