Steps

    Cut the apples into thin slices.

    Add a pinch of cinnamon to the apples.

    (Optional) Add a teaspoon of oats to the mixture.

    Add a little stevia sugar to taste to sweeten the mixture.

    We mix the ingredients well in the bowl.
