Steps

    In a bowl, add kale and olive oil, and toss well.

    Add the lettuce, chopped dried figs, chopped cranberries, boiled or roasted beetroot slices, chopped walnuts and feta cheese.

    Prepare the sauce by mixing the orange juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and Italian herbs in a small bowl.

    Pour the sauce over the salad and mix the ingredients gently.
