Ingredients

  • 100Grams (g) Smoked Salmon
  • 200Psc.Salmon
  • 60Psc.Onion
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Turmeric
  • 150Psc.Leek
  • 2Psc.eggs
  • 1Psc.Yolk
  • 250Grams (g) Fresh Cream
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Psc.Quiche dough

Steps

    Chop the leek into small pieces.

    Dice the onion into small cubes.

    Add butter to a pot, then add the diced onion and leek.

    Add turmeric and cream to the pot and mix the ingredients.

    Remove the skin from the fresh salmon if needed.

    Cut the fresh and smoked salmon into small cubes.

    Mix the salmon with the leek and onion in the pot.

    Prick the store-bought or homemade quiche dough.

    Pour the pot mixture over the dough.

    Add the cream and pepper to the eggs and egg whites and beat well.

    Pour the egg mixture over the salmon mixture.

    Place the quiche in the oven and bake for 40 minutes until cooked.
