Prepare the yeast: Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of yeast, and a little warm water, then let it double in size.

Add 3 cups of sifted flour and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the mixer.

Add warm milk and the yeast mixture, then knead for 10 minutes.

Add the butter at room temperature and knead for 5 more minutes.

Let the dough rise until it doubles in size (about 1 hour).

Prepare the filling: Mix 150 grams of butter with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Roll the dough into a rectangle shape and spread the filling over it.

Cut the dough into squares.
