- 225Grams (g) Unsalted butter
- 250Grams (g) Packed brown sugar
- 170Grams (g) Orange-flavored dark chocolate

Add the white sugar to a large bowl.

Add the packed brown sugar to the bowl.

Grate the orange zest over the sugar mixture.

Rub the orange zest into the sugar by hand until the aroma blends with the sweetness.

Mix the butter, sugar, and orange zest using a flat spatula until you get a creamy mixture.
