Season the chicken with spices (garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, cumin, salt).

Add mustard, barbecue sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil to the spices.

Mix the ingredients well to make a uniform marinade.

Add the yogurt to the marinade and mix thoroughly.

Rub the chicken with the marinade, making sure to loosen the skin for better flavor absorption.

Leave the chicken aside for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Prepare the steam air fryer and fill the water reservoir.

Place the marinated chicken inside the air fryer and set the chicken program for 40 minutes.

After cooking, remove the tender, grilled chicken from the air fryer.

Prepare the bread, spread garlic sauce on it, and place the shredded chicken on top.

Add French fries and pickled cucumbers, then heat the sandwiches on the electric grill after brushing it with chicken juice.
