In a blender, add the tomatoes (2 medium), onion (1 large), garlic (4 cloves), yogurt (1 cup), tomato paste (2 tablespoons), hot pepper (1 piece), lemon juice (2 tablespoons), chicken spices (1 tablespoon), ground cardamom (1/4 teaspoon), black pepper (1/2 teaspoon), corn oil (3 tablespoons), and salt. Blend until smooth

Wash the chicken (1 kg) thoroughly, coat it with the marinade, and let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour to absorb the flavors.

Grease the baking dish with a little corn oil and place the marinated chicken pieces in it.

Preheat the oven to 200°C, then bake the chicken for 40-50 minutes until fully cooked and golden on top

Prepare the biryani: Cook the biryani according to your preferred recipe.

Place the baked chicken on top of the biryani and garnish with chopped parsley.
