  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Sumac

  • 0.5PinchSalt
  • 0.25CupOlive oil
  • 0.25CanSeedless green olives
  • 0.3CupFeta cheese
  • 0.3CupWalnut
  • 1CupPomegranate molasses

Steps

    Place the fresh green zaatar in a mixing bowl.

    Dice the tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the bowl with the zaatar.

    Cut the onion into small slices.

    Put sumac on the onions and then rub it well

    Add the seasoned chopped onion to the bowl.

    Juice the lemon and pour it into a small glass jar.

    Add salt to the lemon juice.

    Add olive oil to the lemon juice and mix the dressing well.

    Pour the dressing over the salad mixture.

    Add the green olives, feta cheese, and walnuts.
