  • 2Cupwater
  • 1Psc.Eggplant
  • 3CupPomegranate Juice
  • 2CupFlour
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1Grams (g) Dill seeds
  • 1ClovesGarlic
  • 200Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1PinchPepper

Steps

    We wash the lentils well and then we boil them for 20 minutes.

    We chop the eggplant and add it on top of the lentils, then we cook them for 15 minutes.

    We add pomegranate juice, flour, salt, and cumin.

    We chop the garlic with the locust bean and then we put tahini on top of them.

    Note: If the pomegranate is not sour, lemon juice should be added.
